Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or personalized products unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account at henleyandshirt.com and follow the returns process.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the completed returns form (if applicable).
  4. Ship the return using a tracked delivery service—we recommend keeping proof of postage.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • For exchanges, please follow the same returns process and note your request in the returns form.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
