We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or personalized products unless faulty.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at henleyandshirt.com and follow the returns process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the completed returns form (if applicable).
- Ship the return using a tracked delivery service—we recommend keeping proof of postage.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
- For exchanges, please follow the same returns process and note your request in the returns form.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
